Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return your order(s), please notify us by sending an e-mail to shop@joyousresolution.com prior to returning your purchase(s). You can return or exchange within 14 days of the order shipment date for a full refund or exchange.

Any return goods must be in new, unused, unworn, unwashed condition. You may return any regularly priced item for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

*For the return or exchange service, the buyer is responsible for the return postage. We are not responsible for any lost packages as well as packages damaged during transit back to Joyous Resolution.

We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance before sending your return.

If an item is damaged or defective, we will either replace it or offer a full refund including return shipping costs. To expedite return service, e-mail us a photo of damage/defect. The replacement or refund will be issued once the damaged/defective item has been received at the Joyous Resolution office and processed by our staff.

Joyous Resolution will inspect all returned items carefully prior to making a final determination as to whether to issue a refund or exchange. If the item is not in new, unused condition, or if we cannot locate the damage or defect as the buyer described, Joyous Resolution reserves the right to offer a partial, rather than a full refund.

Refund will be made back to the original form of payment within 48 hours of after Joyous Resolution receives the returned item(s).

Only items purchased directly from www.joyousresolution.com are covered by this policy. joyousresolution.com is unable to process return or exchanges for purchases made outside of our website.
